For the past few weeks most of you have seen my rage filled texts posts about Katy Perry and her recent existence in the #Goth tag on this site.

Well, Now that my initial rage has cooled I can now write this with a calm manner as to why it bothers me.

For starters I have…

1. Who told you to “educate” baby bats anyways? What makes you such an expert?
2. You’re ‘under the impression” meaning you don’t even really know yourself what she is getting at.
3. You have no idea if she does or doesn’t know about bands such as Siouxsie, Bauhaus, the Sisters or even the Cure.
4. Who the hell doesn’t know about the Cure?
5. Anyone can “become” a goth, it’s not like you have to take a fuckin test to pass.
6. You just don’t like her, that’s all it is.
7. You listen to Nightwish.. A lot of goths would turn their nose up at you just for that.

this is good.
